Any order placed by yourself via this Web Site constitutes an offer by you to monkeey kidswear to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this Web Site at the time you place your order. Monkeey kidswear reserves the right to accept or reject any offer for any reason, including, but not limited to, an error or omission in the price or the product description, or an error in your order. No binding contract shall be formed unless monkeey kidswear communicates to you that it has accepted your order and payment of the purchase price has been confirmed.

We make every effort to keep our website stock up to date but we are all busy people so please accept our appology if your chosen size or style is unavailable at the time of order confirmation, all stock is subject to availability. Every effort is made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible however the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and include 12.5% GST. Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Return the goods by Mail or in person to monkeey kidswear and we will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods by monkeey kidswear and the manufacturer. Please include written documentation as to what is wrong with your item. Please refer to the Contact Us section of our website for phone number and address details.

EXCHANGE
If you want to exchange a product for any reason other than the item being damaged or faulty, you must pay for the freight and handling charges and we must receive the goods back in the original state, with proper tags still attached to the item, unworn and undamaged within 14 days. Please include a copy of your order when returning goods. Alternatively you may exchange goods at our store. If we cannot exchange the item then we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the value of the item which is valid for 6 months. monkeey reserves the right not to exchange on sale items. PAYMENT METHODS
Monkeey kidswear accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Paypal 
- Direct Deposit - For Direct Deposit orders, monkeey kidswear will not dispatch your order until payment has been received. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
- Cheques, Bank Cheques - Cheques as a payment method is available to New Zealand shoppers only and are required to be cleared prior to dispatching your order. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in New Zealand dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution. GST is not charged on purchases sent to overseas addresses.
