Delivery Charges

New Zealand Customers

Customers are welcome to pick up online purchases from our store, located at 322 Remuera Road, Remuera Auckland, New Zealand. Please note that prior notification is required with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Free Shipping within New Zealand is only available to customers who purchase a minimum of $300.

Orders which are under $300 will be charged at the following rates:

New Zealand Post parcels will be sent via tracked Parcel Post
- Auckland Region $5.00
- North Island $6.00
- South Island $7.50

Additional freight charges may be incurred for heavy / bulky items as well as deliveries to rural and remote locations within New Zelanad which will be determined and notified to the customer prior to final payment in conjunction with New Zealand Post fees.

Items are usually delivered within 4 working days, it may take longer for non-metro areas.

International Customers

monkeey kidswear offers world-wide shipping. We charge actual shipping costs and International delivery charges will be determined prior to the confirmation of sale depending on your location and the size and weight of your parcel. An estimated shipping cost is given at time of checkout but is not charged to you until an actual shipping rate is determined and communicated to you.

Please note that heavy / bulky items will incur additional charges to international customers which will be determined prior to payment. International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes.

Additional charges will apply for registered airfreight and insurance to international customers which will be determined prior to payment.

Items may take up to 3 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase depending on your location.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
